After years in the circus where he gained an appreciation for organ music and sad clowns, Mike decided to change his life and take on the world of art.  He has spent the last 11 years working in video games, animation, toys and comics as an Animator, Concept Artist, Art Director, and all-around decent guy.  He is currently a Co-Founder at Big Menace Industries and an Art Director at Zynga in San Francisco, CA where he resides with his wife, son, dog, and four kooky ghosts.

Mike shares with us his journey in art from drawing as a kid to making it as an art director at Zenga. Mike talks about creating three art books and an art community named Sketch Bomb.

We talk about Mike about technology, namely his Apple Pencil and why Adobe products seem to be a bit on the heavy side.
