Carlos, Charlie and Jack focus the entire show on work ethic, motivation and what makes us do what we do. We start with the controversial viral video from speaker Mel Robbins where she explains her theory that the very idea of “motivation” is garbage. Not only does it not exist, but we rely on the term as a crutch. We get to the bottom of what motivation means to us and if it really exists.
After breaking down what things a person can do to move their goals forward, one piece at a time, we move to the topic of work ethic, workplace topics and the current controversial topic of millennials. Is there something fundamentally different about this generation of workers? Is it all just one generation complaining about the next? Do employers have a right to be upset about employees who demand more or act entitled? Do millennials even actually act entitled?
